How far in advance should we book our corporate event DJ?
Most corporate events are booked 6 to 18 months in advance, especially for holiday party season. Depending on availability, we can book as little as two weeks out, so send your date and we will confirm right away.
What is included in a typical corporate package?
We use flat-rate, all-inclusive pricing. One rate covers the DJ, setup and teardown, backup equipment, emcee services, microphones, song requests and events that run later than expected. You can add uplighting, screens, video DJ or a photo booth.
Can you handle announcements, awards and formal presentations?
Yes. Our MC manages speaker intros, award walk-up music and timed segments from your run of show, and our audio setup is tuned for clear speech as well as music.
Will you work with our venue, hotel and event planner?
Absolutely. We coordinate load-in, power, timing and AV handoffs directly with hotel contacts, venue managers and planners so you have one less thing to manage.
Are you insured, and can you provide a COI for our venue?
Yes. Groovy Sound Productions is fully insured with $1M liability coverage, and a certificate of insurance is available for your venue on request.
Can the music stay at conversation level during networking?
Yes. We play at a comfortable background level during cocktails, dinner and networking, then build the energy only when it is time to open the dance floor.
Can you display our logo or slides on screens?
Yes. We can run your slides, sponsor loops, walk-in graphics and branded visuals on projection screens or LED walls throughout the event.
What areas do you cover?
We serve Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Irving, Las Colinas, Grapevine and the surrounding DFW metroplex. Ask us about events outside the area.
